REFUND POLICY
(A) Decor Collection & Book Collection (Lamps, lampshades, trays and accessories not including carpets)
Our return policy is applicable only to our Decor Collection (selected categories outlined above) & Book Collection only. If you wish to return your order it must be done so within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. You will be refunded on your credit/ debit card once we have taken receipt of the goods. Shipping fees are not refunded. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it in.
Sale items / special offers will not be refunded.

All pieces are custom and made to order. Therefore we offer no exchanges or returns and all items are non-refundable.
Orders that are placed incorrectly or mistakenly and are manufactured are not refundable or exchangeable. Malabar Hill Collections is not liable to items delivered that were not intended to be ordered.
