RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return your order it must be done so within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. You will be refunded on your credit/debit card once we have taken receipt of the goods. Shipping fees are not refunded. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition and packaging as you received it in.
No returns on customised products, namely carpets and artwork.
Sale items will not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will only be accepted if the print is not yet under production. Cancellations on other products will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
After payment has been processed it takes 12 to 14 days for production plus courier delivery time dependant on location.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We only offer loose canvas and paper prints to our international clients. Please select the option to have a quotation emailed with our shipping charges.
DELIVERY FEES
We offer free national delivery for all purchases over R1500.
